Problem: Pierre’s Free Range Meats had recently changed ownership, and customer trust had dropped. My goal was to rebuild their reputation and increase in-store foot traffic through social media.

Solution: I developed a three-month organic strategy across Facebook & Instagram. Created customer personas to ensure content resonated with them. Shared the best-performing reels on local noticeboards.

 

Content Pillars: Promoting their award-winning sausages, educating about cuts and how to cook them, BTS butchery, sharing their ties to the community & collaborating with a local foodie with 40k following.

  • Increased Instagram followers by 50% in 3 months

  • Increased Facebook followers by 78% 

  • Top-performing reel on Instagram reached 15,000+ views and 80+ reshares

Problem: 


Brant had just moved to self-employment with no branding, website, or lead generation system.

Solution:

  • Developed a brand identity and key messaging for flyers & a business card to establish local awareness.

  • Designed a mobile-friendly website, optimised for local SEO around Boronia, VIC.

  • Implemented Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  • Created a conversion-focused landing page to attract high-intent local leads, as needed.

  • Posted on the Nextdoor app to attract locals.​

  • Developed a Referral promotion for new customers.

Result:


Positioned Brant as a trusted local handyman and built a steady flow of new customer enquiries within the first couple months. Ranked 6th for keyword Handyman Boronia on Google.

Problem: 


Claire, at Gallery Lane, an online magazine helping family photographers grow their businesses, had to take time off work to have a newborn in August. I was tasked with managing her social media, and gaining new subscribers.

Solution:

  • I utilised her existing branding guidelines to create carousels & reels in Canva promoting her marketing mentorship and magazine subscription, including a Bookings Bootcamp. Expressed urgency in stories about spots left.

  • I created animated reels (scripting voice over), review posts with video testimonials to showcase social proof, feature posts (of other photographers' work), used Many Chat to automate replies, and pinned "What's in the Portal" to the grid.

Result:


She gained 152 followers in October, with 322k views & 2.5k interactions. This converted to 10 new subscribers, in line with the set KPI of 2-3 subscribers per week.
